Pros: Fast delivery, easy to apply, fair price, water cleanable. Could I ask for more?
Cons: Quite long to cure between coats.
Let's see how it lasts in the permanent earthquake of a van...
Our northern-Alberta based animal rescue provides sturdy shelters for animals left out in the cold all winter (and our winters get extremely cold for long periods of time). We have found that since we started coating the roofs of the shelters with Liquid Rubber there have been no moisture issues inside the shelters. Once moisture gets inside the animals will not be able to maintain body heat and possibly freeze to death. Liquid Rubber has very literally been a life saver and we have saved many more animals because of this product. We have also started sealing the shelter seams with GeoTech sealer and that is working extremely well to keep drafts out. Thank you Liquid Rubber for helping us help neglected animals!
Haven't used it yet, due to winter time, plan on using it in the spring/summer on new deck, will leave a review after using.
Due to weather conditions I have not been able to begin the process

Liquid Rubber Foundation Sealant/Basement Coating
Liquid Rubber Foundation Sealant/Basement Coating
As most reviews have said, the product goes on reasonably easily and seems to seal well. We’ll know better when the spring melt comes! We had great service from Liquid Rubber Canada. When our first 5 gal pail (from Amazon) arrived frozen, Liquid Rubber sent us a new one, at a discounted price, in 3 days! Very good service!
Went on very easily and reasonably priced.
We applied this product to our block foundation walls with the geo textile and wow we love it. So far so good! We went from a wet basement to a dry one!!!
Apply a minimum final thickness of 1 gallon per 15sq ft (1.4 sq/m). It should require around 4-5 heavy coats to achieve a 60-80 mil. (1.5-2mm) (DFT) membrane.
Apply a minimum final thickness of 1 gallon per 20 sq ft (1.9 sq/m). It should require around 3-4 heavy coats to achieve a 40-60 mil. (1-1.5mm) (DFT) membrane.
Apply a minimum final thickness of 1 gallon per 50 sq ft (4.6 sq/m). It should require around 2-3 heavy coats to achieve a 20-30 mil. (0.5-0.76mm) (DFT) membrane.

I purchased the Liquid Rubber to paint a water fountain. It looks like real concrete. Great to work with.
I cleaned and primed an old hard sunburned iltis soft top I used your primer then where there was an obvious hole or cut I embedded a piece of fibreglass window screen and proceeded to apply 6 coats of the membrane I rolled the top up and put it back on the iltis after being on a week or so after some rain I had two small leaks just a seep really my plan is to mark these areas apply some screen and a couple of coats of the rubber compound I’m hopeful this will work .the top is significantly quieter on the iltis much improved as it was as brittle and hard as a sheet of paper so if I can cure the two small leaks I will be very happy I have passed along what I have done with a Facebook iltis group and recommended your product I will wait to give a final review when I’m 6 months in.your customer service is excellent shipping very prompt and well packaged including insulation so it wouldn’t freeze .thank you so much
We love the idea of these products, especially for fencing, roofing and generally making things tight and long lasting. Tried one product on our second story deck last fall and it made a huge difference this past winter! Was very eager to finish it off but the summer was so hot and even now it was hard to line up the right series of days with the right temps in this very odd weather year! Got it done but it will take longer to cure completely I would think. Looks super and we’ve had rain and everything is a tight as could be! Thank-you!
