Thrilled with the ease of application and quality. Just needs time to confirm it's effectiveness.
Put on second coat today. So far, so good. . Had couple rains and no leaking.
can you use the same product on a steel roof as the one i used on my rubber roof
Hey Mr. Mather,
Yes you can use those product on a metal roof as well. Be sure that the metal is clean and dry at the time of application. Full guidelines are available on the website.
I applied this product to our cottage deck on Friday and Saturday. The primer is like water and very messy to work with. The 5 gal pail of top coat was very thick and hard on the bottom of the pail, would not mix properly and ended up waiting acouple of inches on the bottom. With the amount of deck coat that I purchased I was hoping to get a 5th coat on, but didn't because I was short liquid from the big pail. The deck coat applied nice and looks good. Al
Hello Mr Moulton,
We apologize for the condition of the material and someone from our customer service team will reach out to you shortly to help resolve this issue.
Easy to apply and put on, seems to work awesome!!! Pretty pricey and I didn't have enough even with the big roll to do my roof on a 22 foot rv camper. To be fair I didn't have a lot of seams on my tape but still. I just needed a couple more feet so that was bothersome and it was too late for me to try and order more. Time will tell if holds up but so far it's great and I'm really happy and dry.
This product is used to seal roof joints (seams) and tears, copings; flashings, skylights; gutters, etc. Perfect for repairing and restoring roofs of residential and commercial buildings, mobile homes & RVs.
Bonds to a wide range of surfaces including difficult roof materials such as: EPDM, TPO, most PVC, SBS, APP, BURs, metal roofs, tiles, shingle, aluminum, galvanized steel, wood, propylene, polystyrene, fiberglass, brick, concrete, masonry, OSB, etc.
Paintable Seam Tape is used as part of the waterproof system with Liquid Rubber Coatings.

I used the product to seal my leaking chimney ,easy to apply and covers really well, first test yesterday as we had rain and no leaks in the house
Flat roof on a 25x25 residential garage with mechanical seal which had all failed. Stripped and cleaned the seams. Wiped down with acetone. Applied 4 inch seam tape, one inch primer stripe on each side then 3 coats of sealer with a 6inch roller. Whole process took 4 days allowing each step to dry/cure properly. First rain came last night after a week of dry warm weather. Roof is leak free. Southern Ontario. I have used Liquid Rubber products in the past with similar good results. Follow the directions and recommendations for great performing seal.
Not used the product yet but it arrived frozen from the shipper (brown uni’s, you know who you are). Even though it was labelled “PROTECT FROM FREEZING” as it’s a temperature sensitive liquid. My rep at Liquid Rubber got in touch with me and apologized for this (even though it wasn’t their fault, they even wrapped it in insulating foil wrap to help prevent this from happening) they agreed to replace, just had to send video of me opening the containers to show them the bricks inside hahah. Excellent response time and excellent pride in their product and they took care of the problem immediately and professionally. Very happy doing business with these folks and will 100% recommend and do business with again. Very pleased. Thank you!
I'd love to know..maybe by springtime
