Works like a charm

We used it to seal a older wood garage structure that had leaks, intent to keep it dry for a year or two till we have a replace the same. Applied on coat, had a big rain, found 2 spots by where the floor meets the wood that need an application. We were seriously impressed.

Gets pretty soft in direct sunlight

I am using it to fill some cracking in old (> 15 year) EPDM roof. I think the coverage and adhesion is really good, but I noticed in direct sunlight, the coating gets fairly soft. It has been a couple of weeks. I guess time will tell after it cures another few months.

Still waiting for the weather to warrant trying out the sample. Will keep in touch. Thanks, Peter.

Glad it is available for fixing my pond instead of the spray.
